REA’s Annual Meeting will be held on April 23rd to update members on how their co-op is doing financially and operationally, elect directors, and transact business. It is an opportunity for members to learn more about their co-op, ask questions, and get educated on programs offered by Runestone Electric Association. Members will receive more materials by mail in the coming weeks.
This year, REA members will be electing directors in District 1, 3 and 4. Candidates were nominated at the district meetings are as follows:
District 1:

District 4:

Members of District 3 may vote for the candidates at the Annual Meeting or by using the mail ballot included with the Annual Meeting materials they will receive in early April. The director elections in Districts 1 and 4 are uncontested. No ballot will be mailed, and the candidates will be elected by acclamation at the Annual Meeting.
